Quiet hotel managed by amicable people. My room was big size with microwave and comfortable bed, for instance, it accommodated me perfectly. The breakfast choices were great! Truly enjoyed this property, had FINE experience.

The bed was too soft, like sleeping on a cloud of disappointment. Towels had cigarette burns, which really sets the mood! I woudl ve been delighted with a room upgrade for my troubles, but alas, no. I almost thought about writing a glowing review, but this place just couldn't stack up.

The location was perfect for our family outing to Carlsbad Caverns, just a short drive away. We stayed in a non-smoking quadruple room, clean and spacious enough for my elderly parents and kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My wife says that the lack of accessible features made it tricky for my parents. A few more grab bars in the bathroom would have been helpful.

While the room had decent updates, it still felt a bit basic and could use a deeper clean in some areas like the carpets. The overall experience was overshadowed by a lack of key amenities, such as extra toiletries when requested, which left a bit to be desired for a longer stay.
